MARINA’S MEMO

Now that I’m a BodyTalk Access graduate I feel empowered to give my body what it needs to stay healthy and I have something I can offer others to help them heal and have a better life as well. I have noticed since doing the Access routine on a regular basis, I am thinking more clearly and making better choices for my own health and well being. After doing Access on others I’ve observed healthier eating habits and quick healing from things like stomach aches and a stubbed toe.

Join me and the other Access graduates for our free Group Tap events. Read more in the next section. Also, if you haven’t taken BodyTalk Access for yourself, our next training is coming up on Saturday, January 30th at 10am.Click here for more information.
Wishing everyone a new year filled with wonder and joy.

GROUP TAP
Our Group Tap is a wonderful introduction to BodyTalk where we give the gift of a BodyTalk Access session to you in a group setting in order to uplift each other and our community. Come experience some of the most effective BodyTalk techniques as we apply the Access techniques that can help your body heal and grow. BodyTalk Access is gentle, non-invasive and can be performed sitting, standing or laying down.
Tricia tappingWe call it a Group Tap because part of BodyTalk involves a “tapping” motion to facilitate the communication required to help stimulate the bodymind and to store the memory of changes that are being made.
BodyTalk Access has several benefits that can include:
harmonizing the nervous system,
ensuring proper cell hydration,
normalizing stress thresholds,
strengthening your immune system,
and enabling our bodies to more effectively heal from injury and fight disease.
Our Group Tap is a 1-2 hour free event where the public, BodyTalk clients, Access Graduates and BodyTalk Practitioners can experience BodyTalk Access Techniques as we focus our intention and tap together to heal and grow. Access Graduates will get a chance to practice and everyone is encouraged to enjoy the benefits of BodyTalk in a group.
Bring your family and friends to experience and learn the stress-reducing and brain-boosting Cortices technique and to feel the effects of BodyTalk Access. During each Group Tap event, one person attending will be chosen to receive a BodyTalk Session.
The first Group Tap will be held on Saturday, January 9th at the Lifestyle Reboot event at the South Yuba Club located at 555 Searls Avenue, Nevada City from 10 am to 2pm.  All following Group Tap events are held at the BodyTalk California community center. I look forward to seeing you there.

“I came to see Tricia due to depression with a diagnosis of liver psoriasis. I was on the list for a liver transplant.  By the end of 12 sessions I no longer needed a liver transplant!  I also had challenges with making commitments with intimate relationships. With tools Tricia gave me to help me short circuit my depression, I got married and I now experience a happier life!”Mark

Excerpt from a scientific evaluation of BodyTalk as published by Nova Science Publishers: "The blinded treatment group showed significant improvements compared to the control group for pain level, anxiety, and satisfaction with social role measures. Fatigue, overall physical and mental health showed significance in the pooled treatment group data ... this mind-body complimentary and alternative medicine system is effective in reducing pain level as well as emotional symptoms associated with long-term chronic pain." Hearing Problems

For 2 months I was hearing hissing sounds, repetitive music, male humming and people mumbling in the background which an ear, nose and throat Dr. could not diagnose and the Hearing Center told me was a neurological issue. A week after my first BodyTalk Session I experienced the relief of 2 hours of silence by the 3rd session I was able to go to sleep without music playing to help me relax. 2 more sessions have reduced the sounds to barely audible. I don’t know what I would have done without BodyTalk Sessions. I feel so grateful!
