Women’s Self-Care began when Tricia True attended a Women’s Day Conference with the intention to find another avenue to expose BodyTalk California.  Having met other participants, she found herself asking, “What do women need?”  When the right question is asked, the answers flow in from Universal Consciousness.  Self-Care.  Think of yourself, or the women you know.  Women, juggling multiple roles of service as mothers and care-takers in the home and their community often lose sight of our own needs.  Women tend to multi-task to keep up with the daily demands of ‘yesterdays’ while also serving those unpredictable occurrences that happen.  Stress leads to cranky, irritable, tear your hair out symptoms.  It is a wonder that women tend towards depression, anxiety, worry, and increasing dependencies on alcohol, drugs, prescription drugs, and foods to cope.

Who is taking care of the women?  Tricia recognizes for women – ‘it’s about me time.’

In Tricia True’s workbook, Women’s Self-Care women have an opportunity to explore physical needs for caring kindness, destructive thought patterns, a range of negative emotional clues that can prevent from spiraling down the road to despair, tear out your hair “syndromes.”  Through suggested exercises and the support of a women’s group lead by Tricia’s Seminar of the same title, women can gain freedom from repetitive miseries and destructive life styles.

Price of 2 day Seminar: $450, includes illustrated guidebook.
